• Account Information: When you sign in via Google, we collect your email address and name to manage your subscription.
• Content Data: We temporarily process LinkedIn post text to generate summaries. This data is processed in real-time and is not stored permanently.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Enforce usage limits for guest and free accounts.
• Provide and improve the AI summarization quality.
• Notify you about product updates and customer support.

3. Data Security and Retention

We use Google Firebase to secure your data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not collect or store your LinkedIn password or private messages.

Retention Period: Personal information is deleted upon request for account deletion. Payment records are kept for 5 years as required by law. Anonymous data is deleted after 90 days of inactivity.

4. User Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can request account deletion through the extension settings or by contacting us via email.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our core features. We only share the minimum data necessary and never for advertising purposes.

• Google Firebase: For authentication and data hosting.
• Paddle.com: For payment processing as the Merchant of Record.
• Google Gemini AI: For processing summaries (your data is not used for model training).
