Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with L-Summary, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided the conditions below are met.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Full refunds are available if BOTH of the following conditions are met:

• Timeframe: Request made within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Usage: You have consumed 10 or fewer AI summary slots during the current billing period.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Requests made after 14 days from the purchase date.
• Accounts that have consumed 11 or more AI summary slots in the current billing period.
• Promotional or free credits.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. (No partial refunds for the remainder of the cycle.)
